Background:

Mission East worked in Dohuk from 2003-2005. In response to the recent IDP crisis Mission East has re-established a presence in Iraq in September 2014 in order to provide emergency assistance for displaced people. Our current programme in Iraq focusses on psychosocial support, shelter, distribution of non-food items, WASH, and cash assistance in Nineveh and Kirkuk Governorates. Mission East has worked in Sinjar (Sinuni, Khanasor, Gohbal, Borek, Sinjar Mountain, Sinjar City) since 2015, providing WASH, livelihoods, protection programming for vulnerable groups individuals.

 

The training locations are Sinjar city and Khansor

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Prepare a detailed training program, including a clear methodology and proposed tools. The training must adopt a participatory and interactive approach which should include educational games for practicing the skills learned.
• Prepare a list of requirements for venues and any major equipment needed to conduct the training.
• Record trainees’ participation and attention during the training and report to livelihood officers.
• Assess at the end of each class trainees’ comprehension of the subjects discussed
• The Trainer will be providing vocational skills training in one of the below subjects:
1. baking (sweet and breads) تدريب عمل الكيك والمعجنات والخبز او الصمون -

3. Egg incubator machine training. تدريب على مفقس البيض وادارة دواجن صغيرة

• The trainer will train participants in two to three groups a day, each training will be 2 hours/day.
• The trainer must ensure clear communication has taken place throughout the training.
• The trainer must ensure that the participants understand the concepts and are able to apply what they are learning through simulation role plays, group work, discussions and feedback sessions.
• The training has various learning varication tools, videos and feedback forms that will assist the trainer in assessing whether effective communication has taken place.

 

تشمل المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية ما يلي:

• إعداد برنامج تدريبي مفصل يتضمن منهجية واضحة وأدوات مقترحة. يجب أن يتبنى التدريب منهجًا تشاركيًا وتفاعليًا يجب أن يتضمن ألعابًا تعليمية لممارسة المهارات المكتسبة.
• إعداد قائمة بالمتطلبات الخاصة بالمواقع وأي معدات رئيسية لازمة لإجراء التدريب.
• تسجيل مشاركة المتدربين واهتمامهم أثناء التدريب ورفع تقرير إلى مسؤولي سبل العيش.
• تقييم في نهاية كل فصل لفهم المتدربين للموضوعات التي تمت مناقشتها.

 

• سيقدم المدرب تدريبًا على المهارات المهنية في أحد الموضوعات التالية:

1. تدريب عمل الكيك والمعجنات والخبز او الصمون.
2. تدريب عمل الايس كريم والعصير (المرطبات)
3. تدريب على مفقس البيض وادارة دواجن صغيرة .
4. مدرب تربية النحل
5. تعليم عمل طحينية السمسم.

• سيقوم المدرب بتدريب المشاركين في مجموعتين إلى ثلاث مجموعات في اليوم ، وستكون مدة كل تدريب ساعتين في اليوم.
• يجب على المدرب التأكد من حدوث تواصل واضح خلال التدريب.
• يجب على المدرب التأكد من أن المشاركين يفهمون المفاهيم وأنهم قادرون على تطبيق ما يتعلمونه من خلال لعب أدوار المحاكاة والعمل الجماعي والمناقشات وجلسات التغذية الراجعة.
• يحتوي التدريب على أدوات متنوعة للتعلم ومقاطع فيديو ونماذج تغذية راجعة ستساعد المدرب في تقييم ما إذا كان التواصل الفعال قد حدث أم لا.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Degree or professional certification in the relevant skill(s), as appropriate
• At least 2 years vocational skills training experience.
• Previous experience providing similar services for an NGO is preferred
• Trainers must possess a certain range of skill vocational and marketing skills
• Trainer must be willing to work in Sinjar city and Khansor
• Trainer must be able to structure and communicate ideas, using visual aids. This manual comes with a set of PowerPoint presentations for each topic.
• The Trainer must be able to adapt these to suit their context and participants.

• The trainer can also develop his/her own presentations based on the content of the program.
• Trainer should be able to manage activities, elicit contributions from participants through various means as well as learn while they train. The trainer must prepare group work activities and have all the required equipment before the training commences.
• A trainer should be a good listener, have the ability to question, clearly explain concepts and give feedback.

 

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• شهادة أو شهادة مهنية في المهارات ذات الصلة ، حسب الاقتضاء
• خبرة سنتين على الأقل في التدريب على المهارات المهنية.
• يفضل الخبرة السابقة في تقديم خدمات مماثلة لمنظمة غير حكومية
• يجب أن يمتلك المدربون مجموعة معينة من المهارات المهنية والتسويقية
• يجب أن يكون المدرب على استعداد للعمل في مدينة سنجار وخانصور
• يجب أن يكون المدرب قادرًا على هيكلة الأفكار وإيصالها باستخدام المعينات البصرية. يأتي هذا الدليل مع مجموعة من عروض PowerPoint التقديمية لكل موضوع. يجب أن يكون المدرب قادرًا على تكييفها لتناسب سياقه ومشاركيه.
